In this lesson you'll learn the following: (1) comprehend the connection and usage of numbers in various contexts, (2) understand the connection and usage of question words in different scenarios, (3) differentiate between the pronouns "ikaw" and "ka" and apply them appropriately, and (4) develop the ability to express personal likes and dislikes by describing wants and preferences.
Lesson 3
This is lesson encompass understanding verbs and their usage, mastering word order in sentences, categorizing different types of verbs, utilizing adverbs of frequency to describe routine activities, describing daily routines, and gaining cultural awareness of Taglish, a hybrid language blending elements of Tagalog and English.
Lesson 4
In this lesson you'll develop proficiency in the usage of the verb "to have," understand the concept and vocabulary of colors, identify and describe various animals, and grasp the rules for forming plural forms of nouns.
Lesson 5
In this lesson you'll gain proficiency in the usage of prepositions and to be able to tell time accurately.
Lesson 6
The lesson include expanding vocabulary related to food and drinks, exploring local cuisine by learning about favourite foods, drinks, and famous dishes, understanding the cultural significance of words for rice and "ulam" (main dish), and comprehending the connection between adjectives and nouns.
Lesson 7
The lesson encompass understanding quantities and amounts, being able to discuss one's age, and exploring hobbies.
Lesson 8
The lesson includes expanding family vocabulary, understanding the cultural references of "Ate" and "Kuya" as terms of address, learning to use adverbs of time appropriately, and comprehending the usage of conjunctions.
Lesson 9
The lesson involves exploring words that are challenging to translate, understanding the usage and nuances of particle words, and familiarizing oneself with common filler words in the language.
Lesson 10
This lesson encompass gaining familiarity with slang terms, idioms, and expressions, as well as engaging in mock conversations for the purpose of reviewing and reinforcing the course material.
